There are 2 separate blocks that are controlled from 1 MASTER CLOCK (internal or external) . Block 1= C has a clock delay and lenghth pot and has seven divisions of the master clock. Block 2= X and Y is like C but can be multiplied or divided. The X and Y clock can be external but then you will have only divided clock of that external clock.
The purpose of the CV for CLOCK is to create Moiré that is a term in professional audio compositions to be able to shift tempo and create living polymorphic rhythms.
